We're looking for a designer who cares deeply about user outcomes, not just pixel perfection. You'll partner with engineering and clients from the earliest discovery sessions through launch and iteration.

• Lead end-to-end design for new product features — discovery, wireframes, prototypes, polished UI.
• Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, usability tests.
• Maintain and grow our cross-product design system in Figma.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs ship pixel-perfect.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.

• 3+ years designing digital products (SaaS, mobile apps, or both).
• Strong portfolio showing your process, not just outcomes.
• Fluency in Figma; bonus for prototyping in Framer or motion in After Effects.
• Experience with user research and testing.
• Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail.
